Blackpool Kings Coronation Tram Parade

To celebrate the Coronation of King Charles, Blackpool hosted a parade of iconic Trams down its glorious and historical Promenade. With lots of people in attendance and the glorious weather this really was perfection.

It was wonderful to chat with so many wonderful people whilst we were waiting for the event to start and as the excitement started to build towards the start of the parade it did not disappoint. The Trams looked amazing and so did the happy people on board waving proudly to the adoring crowds that lined the famous Blackpool Promenade. The Tram parade stopped outside Blackpool Tower for photographs and we mingled with the party goers on the Comedy Carpet that were there for another function the Coronation Picnic..
