Today at approximately 2.15 pm Peter and Bradley whilst out shopping in the Blackpool Town Center stumbled upon a serious situation..
A man on a mobility scooter entered the Halifax Bank and covered himself in petrol and another member of staff before making threats to ignite the fuel.
Live In Blackpool filmed the entire incident on Social Media before we had to move away for safety reasons.
Live In Blackpool sincerely hope that nobody is injured during this serious situation..
