We were invited to attend the VIP opening of the newest restaurant to open In Blackpool.
Firstly I would like to thank Umami Restaurant and Ged Mills for the invitation to the Press opening.
First impressions as you enter the restaurant is quality this is definitely NOT your typical all you can eat buffet type restaurant. It’s a dining and culinary experience. The quality of food on display is cooked to perfection, you do have so much choice and the food choices are from all over the world.
Booking I think will be essential if you want to dine here especially in the coming weeks but you could chance popping down.
