What was to be a huge development fir the Blackpool Town Centre has to be relocated due to safety concerns. The 260ft structure has travelled from Holland and was due to be installed just outside the Winter Gardens in St John’s Square to coincide with the Winter Gardens Winter Wonderland.
As I write this piece the information from various sources is that the attraction will be resighted in the car park close to the be confirmed.
I took the time to visit the ice rink on the Blackpool Promenade that incidently opens tomorrow and is absolutely FREE of charge on a first come basis. You can use your own ice skates or hire them and you will be allowed to skate for 40 mins at a time.
This will be a very popular attraction especially in the run up to Christmas. The Live In Blackpool team will be around to provide people with regular updates with 4K footage and high quality photography.
