A bit of a retro posting from a few years ago as I transfer topics to my new website..
The yearly Tram Sunday event took place today in Fleetwood Lancashire, a few miles up the coast from Blackpool…
To be honest I am not sure if they can call it Tram Sunday, because the only Tram that we had seen was the one we caught from Rossall Beach tram stop and paid £4 for a few stops.
Couple of nice guys on the tram though, we had a good chat.
Lots of people around, Fleetwood know how to put on an event..
Some lovely cars on display..
These people do an amazing job, The Samaritans..
We won a couple of bottles of smelly and talc, but money well spent trying to win them as its helping others..
Love this car…
Another worthy charity fund raising stall, we actually gave to every one..
Here is Ann giving out programs..
Superb DJ..
Radio Lancashire was around..
I have not seen this man for a few years now, I am hoping that he is ok..
This was a very unusual instrument, this chap played household implements and work tools over electric pic ups..
Very imaginative and unique..loved it..
This was brilliant, an old caravan with a log burner…
Loved this camper van..
Live In Blackpool member Davros has one just like this, he used to park near to the Pleasure Beach and give out Bacon butties..
Keeping Lancashire Frack free..
This is Graham, It was great to see him today, he was my Dad’s friend and colleague..I have known him all my life..nice fella..
Hmmmm he looks like somebody I have seen recently…
Very well supported event..
For those not in the know, this chap is blind, he makes up for his lack of eyesight with his music, an amazing person..
Thank you for reading…
